AJ Arasaratnam

AJ is the Managing Partner at Billyard Insurance Group - Markham East! He started his career as an Insurance Agent in 2015, specializing in personal insurance (home and auto) and commercial lines. AJ dedicated himself to his profession when he felt the immense satisfaction his career gave him while helping his clients understand insurance, stay protected, and, most importantly - save their money!

AJ is a BIG believer in insurance because of the peace of mind it gives his clients and their loved ones. In addition to the amazing feedback from his grateful clients, going from Insurance Agent to Managing Partner in such a short span of time is truly a testament to his abilities as an Insurance Broker.

Before stepping into the field of insurance, AJ attended UOIT for BCOMM and then studied Media Foundations at Centennial College. He is fluent in both English and Tamil, and his family has been publishing a Tamil newspaper since 1994 and has run the first Tamil HD television channel since 2012. Along with his family, AJ is very involved in the local Tamil community.

When AJ is not at work, you will definitely find him laughing with a group of friends or family, talking about cars, and watching basketball - Let’s Go Raptors!!
