Angela Nugent | RIBO, LLQP

Angela is the Account Manager / Service Team Lead for BIG Alta Vista. In this role, she is responsible for providing excellent customer service, foster retention, manage client accounts, and spearheads our Service Team. Angela has become a friendly and familiar face to our clients. As a dual licensed insurance broker, Angela is also able to advise clients in personal, commercial, travel, life & health insurance. One of the areas of specialization that Angela is looking to grow her expertise in is Critical Illness and Disability insurance for our business/commercial clients.    

With more than 6 years of experience in the insurance industry, Angela has been consistently acknowledged for the care that she has towards clients and recognized for her effort in advocating for them. She believes that all clients should be treated as individuals and always does her best to tailor coverages to fulfill their specific insurance needs. 

Angela can be credited with consistently delivering a superior level of service excellence for our team, earning BIG Alta Vista numerous Service Excellence awards and achieving a 93% retention over the past 2 years!   

Angela is a recipient of the Excellence in Service to Canadians award and was a secretary for Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Canada. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her family, and stays active by playing baseball and practicing yoga.
