BIG Sudbury Gives Back

BIG Sudbury is a company that loves to give back! We receive so many positive connections through the many businesses and organizations of Sudbury and so this week we are setting aside some time to really focus on giving back to the community. Each day during the week of September 21-25th, we are selecting a community partner in Sudbury that has significantly impacted us and show our appreciation for their by providing a lunch for their staff, or show kindness in some way. Here’s what we have been up to this week: 

Monday, September 21: Lunch for Lake City Realty  

Our managing partner, Josh Brown uses the word ‘honest’ to describe the first community partner who will receive lunch for their team on us! Lake City Realty is a real estate brokerage in Sudbury that prioritizes creating and maintaining lifelong relationships with their clients over selling a product or service. From their annual Pumpkin Give Away bringing joy to the local families, to their weekly blogs and podcasts updating our area on how real estate is always changing, they are always finding a way to support the community. So, on Monday, September 21st, we have provided lunch for all of their staff from one our favourite local hot spots – La Fromagerie. 

Since opening our doors at BIG Sudbury, we have always made an extra effort to support Lake City Realty. We recognize that buying or selling a house is never “stress free” so whether it’s writing the best policy, or simply providing advice about the process, we have always tried to do our part in making the transaction as easy as possible for our clients.  

Tuesday, September 22: Lunch with Amanda Berloni Professional Corporation

Whenever a client tells us that the lawyer closing the deal is Amanda Berloni, we know they are in good hands. She and her team provide law services for real estate, as well as corporate and commercial clients. She is also highly active in the community and so, it's only fitting that we show our appreciation by providing a delicious lunch from La Fromagerie. Consider this lunhc our BIG 'thank you!' It's great to connect and build relationships with Amanda and her amazing team. 

Wednesday, September 23: Lunch for Kia Sudbury Motors

Kia Sudbury Motors is easily one of our most active referral sources. The efforts they put into making sure their clients get the type of vehicle they want is inspiring, and it motivates us to match their efforts with each and every referral they send our way. We both share the common goal of making the client's experience and sales process as simple and enjoyable as possible. Thank you for trusting us with your clients. Today, we visited them and brough lunch from La Fromagerie as a way to show our thanks for the part they play in supporting our business.

Thursday, September 24: Lunch with Today's Mortgage Choice & Doyle Dodge Chyrsler Jeep Ram

It's been a busy day! Today we absolutely needed to bring lunch to Today's Mortgage Choice Group (TMC). Wayne Martin and his team have one of the best reputations in town and work tirelessly for their clients. When the opportunity comes to assist them in their process, we at BIG Sudbury know they expect the very best of us so that is what we try to deliver. When we have clients tell us, “We are going through TMC for our mortgage.” the first thing we do is tell them, “Amazing they're the best!” and the second thing we do is pull up our socks, because the bar of customer service was set high and we gotta reach it! Also, for the record; TMC may very well have one of the nicest looking offices in town. So today, we are sharing lunch on us from La Fromagerie. Thank you for trusting us with your clients and upholding a great reputation in Sudbury!

We also couldn't forget about Doyle Dodge today, absolutely no questions about it! Our brokers hardly have time to get out of their seats before the next referral comes from them. The nicest group of people you will ever meet, we can not say enough good things about them. To show our appreciation we thought the least we could do was grab lunch for the team from the delicious La Fromagerie. Thank you for trusting our team with your clients - we appreciate everyone.

Friday, September 25: Lunch for the Belanger Ford Lincoln Centre

When we were getting Give Back Sudbury organized the first place I said we were going was “Belanger Ford Lincoln Centre.” For eight years my (Josh Brown) name has been in the tip of their tongue when it came to referring business. When we opened our doors at BIG Sudbury they only amped up their efforts. Josee and her team are known for their service and ability to go that extra mile. Let this lunch be a BIG thank you, as our office would not be where we are today without your trust in us with your clients. We hope they enjoyed the fantastic platter that La Fromagerie put together for them. It looked delicious!
