She was thanking her for what she did for her family. You see 2 weeks earlier her and her husband came into Celina’s office to cash out his whole life insurance policy. He had been diagnosed with terminal cancer and given a few months to live. They wanted to tour Europe but had no other money to use. They were retired and on a limited pension income. Celina helped them secure a loan using his whole life insurance. Her husband passed before they even went on the trip.
