Cody Douma is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Billyard Insurance Group working out of our head office in Welland, Ontario. Since joining Billyard Insurance Group, he has worked to grow BIG's footprint across Ontario by partnering with some of the top insurance brokers in the industry. Cody started in the insurance industry in sales and gained experience on both the brokerage side and direct writer side of the industry. He later transitioned to work for Pembridge Insurance on the company side developing relationships with their broker distribution channel. While with Pembridge, he completed his CRM certification with The Insurance Institute of Canada. Outside of the office, his personal interests include playing guitar and listening to music, traveling, working on his home renovation skills and keeping active with several sports.
