Kelsey Walker

Kelsey is a dedicated senior insurance expert with over 10 years of experience in the industry helping thousands of clients. Specializing in home, auto, travel and pet insurance, her aim is to make sure that clients are never overpaying for their insurance and find the right solutions to protect what matters most.
 
Born in Montreal and fluent in both English and French, Kelsey has a passion for customer service and enjoys building meaningful relationships with her clients. With a focus on educating clients about their insurance options and understanding their unique needs, Kelsey ensures they are properly covered, especially in the event of an unexpected loss.

Before transitioning to insurance, Kelsey spent almost a decade at one of Canada’s largest financial institutions where she spoke with hundreds of clients weekly, building relationships and refining her customer service skills. Additionally, Kelsey offers travel and pet insurance to help clients protect their trips and furry companions.
 
Outside of the insurance industry, Kelsey is the founder of a nonprofit organization focused on supporting marginalized youth in Ontario. Kelsey also enjoys creating content that educates and entertains, particularly when it comes to finances.

When she’s not working, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her puppy, taking road trips, and visiting family in the U.S, Barbados and Trinidad.
