My name is Lino DiPaola and I am an insurance broker and customer service at the BIG St. Catharines location. I have been dedicated to providing sales and customer service throughout my career. In 2017, I made a career change and graduated from the Insurance Program at Mohawk College in Hamilton, ON.
In the past 4 years I have become an Insurance Broker where I thrive in helping my clients find insurance solutions for their Home, Auto & Business. I also ensure clients are getting the best coverage at the best rates. I achieve this with the help and ongoing education I receive from BIG, always keeping up to date on the changes in the insurance industry and products in the marketplace.
In my spare time I enjoy working out, travelling, spending time with my pet birds, and hanging out with family and friends. I also love live music and play the bass guitar in my spare time.
