Mark Whiteley

Mark Whiteley is the VP Commercial Insurance, responsible for leading Billyard Insurance Group in the profitable growth of all Commercial Lines Segments. Working out of the Billyard Insurance Group Head Office in Welland, Mark works closely with the Executive team on driving strategy, providing commercial expertise and training, and providing leadership for the Commercial team in Welland and across all Branch Offices.

With over 12 years in the Insurance Industry, Mark has focused his entire career in Commercial Insurance that has spanned over both the Company side, and now to the Broker Channel. Mark started the foundation of his Commercial knowledge and experience in Commercial Underwriting working for two of Canada’s largest Insurance companies – The Dominion (Travelers) and Intact Insurance.

Mark is a father of two, and his favourite thing to do is to spend time with family and friends at the family cottage in Huntsville, ON. He is also a die-hard Toronto Maple Leafs fan, and passionate golfer.
