Qui Trieu oversees the strategic direction and operational excellence of BIG’s Personal Lines portfolio. In this role, Qui leverages a forward-thinking approach and commitment to innovation to drive sustainable growth, foster strong carrier relationships, and develop policies and frameworks that align with regulatory compliance.
Qui has over 18 years of experience in the personal lines business. Before joining BIG, he held key leadership roles at Aviva Canada and Economical Insurance, where he gained experience in technical and portfolio underwriting, complex systems transformation, and data-driven decision-making. Qui earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University. In addition, he holds a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional designation.
Outside of work, Qui loves to travel. He has visited many countries in Europe and Asia – always searching for the best Instagram shot. When not travelling, he spends most of his free time exploring the outdoors with his Boston Terrier.
