My name is Shireen and I am a Broker and the Operations Manager at the Billyard Insurance Group - Burlington East.
My ability to speak three languages gave me the opportunity to start my career in insurance with translating for customers in a small brokerage back in 2005. Since then, I have come to realize my passion for insurance and decided to obtain by RIBO license. I worked my way up gradually over the years at 5 different brokerages in different departments. My most recent experience has been as a commercial account manager handling a $5 million book of business. There’s never a boring day in insurance, everyday can be different. With every experience there’s a new learning curve.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking and watching a good movie. I also have a great love for animals, especially dogs.
