Stephen Billyard is the CEO and Principal Broker of the Billyard Insurance Group. He holds a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Level II RIBO License.
Acknowledged for his excellence in leadership, Stephen Billyard was the recipient of the CEO of the Year award at the 2021 Insurance Business Canada Awards. He has led BIG to receive recognition as one of Canada’s Top Growing Companies in 2020 and 2021 by The Globe & Mail’s Report on Business. Under his leadership, BIG has also been named one of Canada’s Top Insurance Brokerages by IBC Magazine for three consecutive years.
Stephen is a scratch golfer, an avid powder skier, canoe and camping enthusiast. Stephen balances his time living between Welland, Ontario and Revelstoke, British Columbia.
