I'm Tawnya, and I currently serve as the Director of Quality Assurance at the head office of Billyard Insurance Group in Welland. As an optimist, I love to help others succeed. The insurance industry has been a rewarding professional endeavour for me, owing to its dynamic and rapidly evolving nature, which continually presents opportunities for personal and professional growth. With a rich experience exceeding 15 years, specializing primarily in personal lines, my career trajectory at BIG started as an Account Manager, progressed to the roles of Senior Account Manager and Branch Manager, and culminated in my current position as the Director of Quality Assurance.
When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family, particularly attending my children's pursuits in higher education, competitive dance, and athletics. My family and I love soaking up the great outdoors or lounging lakeside for leisure.
