Taylor Bilodeau

My name is Taylor Bilodeau and I am a Senior Account Manager at Billyard Insurance Group in beautiful Welland, Ontario. I have worked in the customer service industry for the past nine years and began working in the insurance industry in 2013. I obtained my RIBO licence in 2015 and subsequently moved to a Customer Service role selling and servicing insurance. I am passionate about customer service and want to ensure that each and every client has their needs fully met! With my experience and knowledge I will work collaboratively with the customer to ensure they are completely satisfied with their insurance decisions. When I am not working I keep very busy playing sports, hiking, travelling and spending time at the cottage. I love to volunteer with children by coaching them at the hockey rink or having fun with them at fundraising events. I also make sure to call my mom every day!
